This Cookie Policy explains how Frigga Cloud Private Limited ("Frigga", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when individuals visit Frigga websites, use browser-based portions of our Services, or interact with certain Frigga communications.
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how Frigga collects, uses, stores, shares, and otherwise processes Personal Information more broadly.

2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files or data records stored on or accessed from a browser or device when an individual visits a website or uses an online service.
Frigga may also use similar technologies, including:
- local storage;
- session storage;
- pixels or web beacons;
- first-party event requests;
- tracking identifiers;
- redirect or tracked links; and
- similar browser or communication technologies.
In this Cookie Policy, references to "cookies and similar technologies" include these technologies where appropriate.
Not all technologies described in this Cookie Policy are conventional browser cookies. For example, email open pixels and tracked email links operate differently from browser cookies but are disclosed here for transparency because they may be used to measure engagement.
3. Why Frigga Uses These Technologies
Frigga uses cookies and similar technologies for purposes including:
- operating and securing Frigga websites and Services;
- maintaining sessions and application functionality;
- remembering privacy and cookie preferences;
- understanding visits to Frigga websites;
- measuring website navigation and engagement;
- understanding engagement with Frigga communications;
- measuring email opens and link clicks;
- improving website content, communications, and user experience;
- diagnosing technical issues; and
- protecting Frigga websites and systems from misuse or unauthorized activity.
Frigga's website analytics and engagement tracking is primarily performed using Frigga-operated first-party systems.
4. Categories of Technologies We Use
4.1 Strictly Necessary Technologies
Strictly necessary technologies are used where required for a website or Service to function or to provide functionality requested by the user.
These technologies may support:
- session management;
- authentication where applicable;
- security;
- application functionality;
- maintaining privacy or cookie preferences; and
- other functionality necessary to operate the website or Service.
For example, Frigga uses browser storage to remember whether a visitor selected "all" or "essential" technologies through Frigga's cookie preference mechanism.
Strictly necessary technologies may operate without optional cookie consent where permitted by applicable law.
4.2 First-Party Analytics and Engagement Technologies
Frigga uses first-party analytics and engagement technologies to understand how visitors interact with Frigga websites.
These technologies may record information such as:
- pages visited;
- session activity;
- movement between Frigga pages;
- timestamps;
- referral or campaign information;
- website interactions;
- time or engagement information associated with a session; and
- technical identifiers used to associate events with a visitor or browser.
Information collected through these technologies is sent to Frigga-operated systems, including Frigga's own analytics and customer-engagement infrastructure.
Frigga uses this information to:
- understand website usage;
- measure interest in Frigga products and content;
- evaluate the effectiveness of Frigga's own outreach;
- improve website content and navigation;
- understand engagement across Frigga communications; and
- improve Frigga's Services and business communications.
Where prior consent is required by applicable law, Frigga does not intentionally activate non-essential website analytics and engagement technologies until the visitor provides the applicable consent through Frigga's cookie preference mechanism.
4.3 Communication Engagement Technologies
Frigga may use first-party technologies in certain emails and other communications to understand whether and how recipients engage with Frigga's communications.
These technologies may include the following.
Email Open Pixels
Certain Frigga marketing, outreach, or other communications may contain a small transparent image or similar first-party beacon.
When the email client loads that image, a request may be sent to Frigga's systems, allowing Frigga to record that the communication was opened and related engagement information.
Frigga uses this information to measure engagement with its own communications and outreach.
Tracked Links
Certain links contained in Frigga communications may use Frigga-controlled tracked or redirect links.
When a recipient selects such a link, Frigga may record the click before redirecting the recipient to the intended destination.
This allows Frigga to measure engagement with Frigga's own communications and understand which Frigga content, products, or pages recipients interact with.
Communication engagement technologies operate separately from the website cookie preference mechanism. Where applicable law requires consent or another authorization before such technologies are used, Frigga activates or uses them only after the applicable requirement has been satisfied.
4.4 Advertising and Retargeting Technologies
Frigga does not currently use third-party advertising or retargeting pixels or tags such as:
- Meta/Facebook Pixel;
- Google Ads conversion or remarketing tags;
- LinkedIn Insight Tag; or
- comparable advertising-network tracking technologies.
Frigga does not currently use cookies or similar technologies to enable third-party cross-site behavioural advertising or advertising-network retargeting.
Frigga does not sell tracking information to advertising networks.
If Frigga materially changes these practices in the future, this Cookie Policy and applicable consent or preference mechanisms will be updated as required.
5. Website Analytics and Preference Technologies Currently Used
Frigga currently uses the following first-party browser technologies in connection with website analytics and preferences:
| Identifier | Technology | Provider | Purpose | Current Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| `vorr_vid` | First-party cookie | Frigga | Associates a website visit with an attributed visitor, including where a Frigga outreach link contains a visitor identifier | 90 days |
| `vorr_anon` | Local storage | Frigga | Maintains a randomly generated visitor identifier where no attributed visitor identifier is available | Persistent until browser storage is cleared |
| `vorr_sid` | Session storage | Frigga | Maintains an identifier for the current browser session | Until the applicable tab/browser session ends |
| `vorr_track_state` | Session storage | Frigga | Maintains temporary page and engagement state during the current session | Until the applicable tab/browser session ends |
| `vorr_cookie_consent` | Local storage | Frigga | Records the visitor's cookie preference, such as "all" or "essential" | Persistent until browser storage is cleared or replaced |
Frigga may also use browser storage required for particular website functionality, such as chat session state or interface state. Such storage is used to provide the applicable functionality and is not used for third-party behavioural advertising.
The identifier `vorr_anon` is a randomly generated browser identifier. Although it does not by itself contain a person's name or email address, Frigga does not treat a persistent identifier as necessarily anonymous where applicable privacy law considers it Personal Information or Personal Data.
6. Attributed Visits and Outreach Links
Certain Frigga outreach links may contain or correspond to an identifier that allows Frigga to associate a resulting website visit with a particular outreach recipient.
Where such an attributed identifier is available, and after applicable website consent has been provided where required, Frigga may use the `vorr_vid` first-party cookie to maintain that attribution for website engagement measurement.
Where no attributed visitor identifier is available, Frigga may generate a random browser identifier for analytics purposes after applicable website consent has been provided.
Frigga does not use IP addresses as the primary client-side identifier for this purpose.
An IP address may nevertheless be transmitted to Frigga's servers as part of ordinary internet communications when a browser or device requests a website resource.
7. Website Beacons and First-Party Event Tracking
Frigga websites may send first-party session, page-view, navigation, and engagement events to Frigga-operated systems.
These events are used to understand website activity and engagement with Frigga's own products, content, and outreach.
Frigga currently processes this website engagement information through its own systems rather than using third-party advertising networks for such tracking.
Website analytics tracking subject to consent is activated only after the applicable consent has been provided.
8. Cookie Consent and Preferences
Where applicable law requires consent before storing or accessing non-essential technologies on a visitor's device, Frigga provides a cookie preference mechanism.
Where that mechanism is presented:
- non-essential website analytics technologies are not intentionally activated before the applicable consent is provided;
- users may choose between the options made available through the interface;
- refusing non-essential technologies does not prevent access to core website content or essential Service functionality;
- Frigga stores the user's cookie preference so that the website can respect the choice; and
- users may change or withdraw their choice for future website tracking using the available preference mechanism or by clearing applicable browser storage.
Frigga does not treat continued browsing alone as consent where applicable law requires an affirmative choice.
Technologies necessary to store and respect the user's cookie preference may operate before optional consent because they are necessary to remember that choice.
9. Browser and Device Controls
Most browsers allow users to:
- view stored cookies;
- delete cookies;
- block cookies;
- clear local storage or session storage; and
- manage website permissions.
Users may also clear browser storage associated with Frigga websites.
Blocking or deleting strictly necessary technologies may affect website or Service functionality, including session state, preferences, authentication, or other requested functionality.
Browser controls do not necessarily prevent engagement measurement that occurs independently of browser cookies, such as an email open pixel or a tracked link contained in a Frigga communication.
10. Information Processed Through These Technologies
Depending on the technology and interaction, Frigga may process information such as:
- visitor or session identifiers;
- page views;
- page navigation;
- timestamps;
- referral or campaign information;
- website interactions;
- session engagement information;
- email open events;
- link-click events;
- browser or technical request information;
- cookie preferences; and
- information voluntarily provided through forms, chat, or other website interactions.
Where information collected through these technologies identifies or relates to an identifiable individual, Frigga handles that information as Personal Information or Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. First-Party and Third-Party Tracking
The analytics and engagement technologies described in this Cookie Policy are primarily first-party Frigga technologies.
This means that the relevant engagement information is collected by or transmitted to Frigga-operated systems for Frigga's own website, product, communication, and outreach measurement.
First-party tracking does not mean that the information can never constitute Personal Information. Where an identifier or engagement event relates to an identifiable individual, Frigga processes it in accordance with applicable privacy law and the Privacy Policy.
Frigga does not currently provide website engagement data to third-party advertising networks for behavioural advertising or retargeting.
12. Retention
Different technologies remain available for different periods depending on their purpose.
Session-storage technologies generally expire when the applicable browser tab or session ends.
The `vorr_vid` cookie currently has a duration of 90 days.
Certain browser-storage values, including `vorr_anon` and `vorr_cookie_consent`, currently remain until they are cleared, replaced, or otherwise removed from browser storage.
Server-side records generated from website visits, email engagement, tracked links, or other first-party events may be retained for the period reasonably necessary for the applicable analytics, communications, security, business, or legal purpose, subject to Frigga's applicable data-retention practices and Privacy Policy.
13. Do Not Track and Privacy Preference Signals
Browser "Do Not Track" signals do not currently operate under one universally applicable technical or legal standard, and Frigga may not respond to every Do Not Track signal.
Where applicable law requires Frigga to recognize a legally defined browser-based opt-out or privacy-preference signal, Frigga will process that signal as required.
14. Changes to This Cookie Policy
Frigga may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in:
- website functionality;
- tracking technologies;
- analytics practices;
- communications practices;
- applicable law; or
- Frigga's Services.
The Last Updated date at the top of this Cookie Policy identifies the most recent revision.
Where required by applicable law, Frigga will provide appropriate notice or obtain applicable consent before materially changing its use of non-essential tracking technologies.
